By engaging with our services, you confirm that you are authorized to represent your organization and enter into a binding agreement with RegFinSolutions.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Cooperate with our team to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Ensure that the use of our services is in compliance with local laws and regulations.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Sensitive data will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law, regulatory authorities, or with prior written consent from the client.

5. Payment & Fees

• All services are subject to agreed-upon fees outlined in the client engagement contract.

• Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care in delivering our services, RegFinSolutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the extent of fees paid for the specific service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice as per the terms of the engagement contract. RegFinSolutions reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services in cases of non-payment or misuse.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by RegFinSolutions remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
